Holidays in the Rotunda

COLLEGE STATION, Nov, 21, 2016 – The George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is proud announce our annual Holidays in the Rotunda celebration Dec. 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.! This free event takes place in front of the museum's magnificently decorated 19-foot Christmas tree in the rotunda.  There will be live entertainment and Santa's workshop will get you in the yuletide spirit. Children will be able to make holiday ornaments in the classroom, while a variety of entertainers will keep things festive in the rotunda. There will be cookies, hot chocolate and punch served during the activities.

The event in the rotunda is free, however regular prices apply for admission to the museum.

We will be collecting donations of canned and non-perishable food items for the Food for Families holiday food drive. Collection boxes will be at the main entrance near security. We will also be collecting new toys for Toys for Tots program. Come and enjoy the Holidays in the Rotunda event, and please help us feed the Brazos Valley this holiday season. Save $1 off regular admission price with a food donation (limit one per person, cannot be combined with other offers).

Texas A&M University and Blinn College students with valid identification will receive free admission to the library and all exhibits.

The mission of the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is to preserve and make available the records and artifacts of George H. W. Bush, 41st President of the United States. The staff at the library works to promote civic literacy and increased historical understanding of our national experience, and foster a community of public service and volunteerism. Located on the campus of Texas A&M University – a premier public Tier 1 research university and home to more than 50,000 students – the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum is part of the National Archives and Records Administration’s Presidential Libraries system.

The Bush Library is located at 1000 George Bush Drive West, College Station, TX, and is open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., with the exceptions of Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
